Hello, I'm Lucas Kearney, an Industrial and Mechanical Engineering student at Concordia University Wisconsin, graduating in May, 2028. I work in robotics, automation, and controls, with an eye toward aerospace and advanced manufacturing.

For the past four years I've been at Doig Corporation, building and integrating automation systems, industrial and collaborative robots, sensors, PLCs, and HMIs. A recent internship at AME Design Group put me on MEP systems, the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design side of buildings. It was a useful look at a different scale of engineering, and it confirmed that controls and automation is where I want to build my career.

This site collects that work from mechanical design, PLC and HMI integration, and the side projects I build for my own curiosity and learning.
